AHMAD FAKHRULANUAR

FakhrulisanexperiencedPractitionerandTrainerinOccupationalHealth and Safety Management System. He obtained his first degree from International Islamic University in Management / Human Resource and a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management from University Utara Malaysia. He is also a competent Radiation Protection Officer certified by Atomic Energy Licensing Board(AELB).

He has extensive experiences in setting up and maintaining Occupational Safety and Health requirements for manufacturing and construction activities complying with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. He manages to ensure the compliance of all the regulations within period time given. He had involved in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment area for more than 10 years, which brought him deeper in the knowledge and implementation systems and regulations.

He is also actively involved in the EHS educational program to train and guide the EHS freshies and juniors. He was appointed by Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi to conduct and organize the Occupational Safety and Health Competency Training which specifically designed for IPTA graduates. He was also appointed by the JabatanPoliteknik Malaysia to run the ‘KursusKompetensi SHO Politeknik” program in 2012.

HeisalsoactivelyinvolvedwithNIOSH’s(NationalInstituteofOccupationalSafetyandHealth) and FMM’s (Federation of Malaysian Manufacturer) Occupational Safety and Health ManagementprogramsandconductedvarioustrainingintheareaofOccupationalSafetyand Health for a wide spectrum of industries through both in- house and public trainingseminars.

He believes the training must be interesting and practical to ensure the sharing of knowledge and experience is acceptable and implemented. Two-way communications is the best way of training by sharing the experience to gain the best solutions.

 

MOHD ZAINOOR ANNUAR BIN MOHD ZAIN 

ZainoorAnnuar holds a Masters in Occupational Safety and Health ManagementfromtheUniversityTechnologyMalaysia,andisworking towards his Doctorate of Philosophy in Emergency Management with specialization in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), NATECH Disasterand

EmergencyResponsePlanning(ERP).Annuar’spracticalexperienceresearchfocusprimarilyon Disaster Preparedness and Response and thus, his research can contribute to his job scope as HSE practitioner and learning facilitator. Annuar also an instructor and lecturer for various learninginstitutionsinMalaysiasuchNIOSHandheactiveinCorporateSocialResponsibilityand community awareness activities in bringing HSE culture to home. He currently doing full-time in disaster research and part-time in lecturer and auditor. Appointed by NADMA as qualified trainer for ICS (Incident Command System) subject and to facilitate learning program to stakeholders nationwide and as well as South East Asia region under NADMA Malaysia and USAID (United States Agency for International Development – USA)program.

DHUHA BINTI SHAHRUDIN

DhuhaisanexperiencedPractitionerandTrainerinOccupationalHealth and Safety Management System. She obtained her first degree from International Islamic UniversityinHumanSciencemajoringinPscychology.Shehas15yearsofexperienceinHSEMS, auditing, coordinating and training in HSEfield.
